Victoria Nwasike, Board Member, Chair


Victoria Nwasike is Chair of South Charlotte Partners and the Ballantyne Breakfast Club and is  responsible for leadership, overseeing operations and chairing community engagement activities.

She serves the community in a variety of ways, including as Vice Chair of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Planning Commission, an Ex Officio member of the Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization and member of the School Leadership Team for Polo Ridge Elementary. She is also an Executive Board Member for the Carolina World Trade Association.

Victoria has a background in law (as an attorney), economic development and international business and has a consulting business.

David Huss, Board Member, Secretary


David Huss serves as Secretary for South Charlotte Partners. He is known as one of Charlotte's leading real estate professionals.


David's areas of expertise includes South Charlotte, Matthews and the Union County towns of Weddington and Waxhaw.  

He is an award winning real estate agent dedicated to providing the best service to his clients and has over $225 million of real estate sold. He is also consistently at the top of all Allen Tate agents.

David is active in South Charlotte, serving on a variety of boards and for several organizations. 

Greg Duckworth, Board Member, Treasurer


Greg serves as the Treasurer for South Charlotte Partners. He is the Branch Manager and a Financial Advisor at the Ballantyne Branch within the Charlotte NC Market of Wells Fargo Advisors.  

He leads a team of 19 Financial Advisors and 9 Client Associates.  Over the past three years, the Ballantyne Branch has doubled in size and had two facility expansions.  In 2014 he was recognized as a Premier Manager.

He is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Ballantyne and served as Chair of the Ballantyne Chapter of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance.

Stephen Rosenburgh, Board Member, Government Relations Chair


Stephen is Founder, President & CEO of U.S. Developments where he manages a team of experienced development specialists who help implement the company’s real estate investment strategies. 

He completed a term as a member of the North Carolina Banking Commission. He has served as a Housing Commissioner for the City of Charlotte and as the Chairman of the Charlotte Planning Commission and a member of the Regional Transportation Board.

His most recent appointment is as a member of the North Carolina Works Commission which is chaired by the Governor.

Tracy Faulkner Hill, Board Member, Development Chair


Tracy serves as the Development Chair for South Charlotte Partners. She is Vice President of Business Development in Relocation and Corporate Services for Wilkinson ERA Real Estate and SouthLake-Title.

  She also spent over 12 years with Allen Tate Corporate Services.

Tracy has lived in the Ballantyne area for many years and is active in South Charlotte by serving on the Board of Directors of the Ballantyne Chapter of Charlotte Regional Business Alliance. 

Vinay Patel, Board Member


Vinay Patel serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sree Hotels, LLC. He is responsible for day to day operations and sales for the portfolio. He served as Vice President for Microtel Inn & Suites prior to joining SREE Hotels.  

He is a board member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association and a member of the Residence Inn by Marriott Franchise Advisory Committee.

He also served on the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA), Board of Directors for the Charlotte Chamber and on the Boards for the Lake Norman CVB and Cabarrus County CVB.

Wil Brooks, Board Member


Wil Brooks has served as the Owner and Agent of State Farm Insurance at Ballantyne for over 24 years. 

He is active in the South Charlotte community, serving as a Board Member for the Ballantyne YMCA, Board Member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and member of the Mecklenburg South Rotary. 

Additionally, Wil has served as a Board Member for the UNCC Athletic Foundation and a Habitat for Humanity Volunteer.

Ned Curran, Board Advisor


Ned Curran serves as CEO Emeritus of Northwood Office. Previously, he was President & CEO of The Bissell Companies. Before joining Bissell, Curran worked at McDevitt Street Bovis (MSB) as Vice President – Taxes.  Before working at MSB, Curran began his professional career as a CPA with Ernst & Young, where he served as Director of Tax for the Charlotte office. 

He serves on the boards of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Charlotte Executive Leadership Council, ARIC and Street Management Company and is the past chair of the North Carolina Board of Transportation, the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of Central Carolinas and the Health Advisory Council for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.

Taiwo Jaiyeoba, Board Advisor - Planning


Taiwo has more than 26 years of professional experience working in the public and private sectors as a City Planner and Transit Planner. 

Currently the Director of Planning for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Department, Taiwo has also worked with the cities of Sacramento, West Sacramento, Berkeley, and Elk Grove, California in preparing General Plans, Zoning Amendments, Transit Oriented Development policies, and on several planning entitlements. 


Lt. John Kitchens, Board Advisor - Police


Lt. John Kitchens of the Charlotte Police Department advises South Charlotte Partners in the area of community safety.

Lt. Kitchens  is a South Division Operation Lieutenant and is the Special Operations Commander. He covers the South Charlotte/Ballantyne area and is very involved in the community.

South Charlotte Partners appreciates CMPD's and Lt. Kitchens' continued support in the area of community safety.

Batt. Chf. Phil Bosche - Board Advisor - Fire


Phil is a Battalion Chief with the Charlotte Fire Department. He has over 20 years of public safety and emergency management experience.  

He is  skilled in facets of Public Safety including complex fire ground operations, fire service management, advanced life support, emergency management COOP planning and air ambulance operations.  

Phil has a  Master’s Degree focused in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with undergraduate degrees in fire and EMS operations and management. 

Alicia Campbell, Board Advisor - Health


Alicia is Vice President of Operations for Atrium Health Pineville. Alicia is responsible for providing strategic and coordinated leadership in the operations of services and oversees establishing key relationships for Atrium Health.

Alicia joined Carolinas HealthCare System at Carolinas Medical Center-Charlotte in 2001.  She earned a B.S. in nuclear medicine from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has a master's degree in health administration from the University of Phoenix.

She is active in many professional and community organizations.
